Michelle has devoted 20 years to promoting Montessori education in the home. In 2007, she founded the Heartfield Children's Home and set up the Heartfield Parent Growth School which support families and children in need. Michelle, a member of the Shenzhen Preschool Education Association and the Association of Psychological Alliances, has conducted hundreds of public service lectures using her expertise in psychology and brain science to help parents and children become successful, a move that has been highly praised by the community, and the education department. To better spread the Montessori education philosophy and bring Montessori education into every family, Michelle and her work partner founded the iFree International Montessori Training Center in 2019. The center is MACTE-accredited and affiliated by AMS.
