Shengnan Liu is associate professor in Ocean University of China (OUC). Also, she is deputy director of educational department in OUC and research fellow in Education University of Hong Kong. Her research interests include school improvement, teacher professional learning, and educational leadership.
She has chaired ten research projects, which include Ministry of Education (MoE) project and provincial project. She published one books on teacher professional learning and more than 30 papers about educational leadership in key journals.
