Paula has been awarded the 10th Special Contribution Award of the Chinese Montessori Society. As Director of the Tian En education program for the last 14 years in Taipei, Taiwan, China, she was responsible for designing teacher education courses and training teachers. Since her move to mainland China in 2011, she has been active in major cities, serving as instructor, project leader and consultant to Montessori educational institutions in Guangyuan, Mianyang, Huizhou, and Dalian, making outstanding contributions to the development of Montessori education in China.
