Fanny has over 7 years of practical teaching experience. She has worked as a lead teacher in Beijing and Wuhan and has extensive experience in managing traditional kindergarten classes, Montessori bilingual classes, and international Montessori classes. During her tenure in Wuhan, she served as the head of the campus Montessori Teaching and Research Group and was appointed the Chief Teacher of Montessori in Wuhan, where she regularly trained teaching staff in Montessori pedagogy and practice. Fanny is an academic principal in Wuhan and works with BMTEI as the lead instructor of the IMCP course. She also conducts field visits, supporting adult learners during their practicum experience.
