Ally has 20 years of education and teaching experience in China and is fluent in Russian, English and Chinese. She was lead teacher for 8 years in Infant Toddler and Early Childhood classrooms and has extensive hands-on experience in bilingual curriculum design. She has served as the host of the annual meeting of the Montessori Association of China and has organized professional development training activities for teachers and principals on many occasions. She is a frequent author of Montessori articles and specializes in managing and supporting a wide range of social and academic media groups.
