Haitao, Wang is associate professor in Ocean University of China (OUC). Also, he is deputy director of learning support center in OUC and Qingdao education assessment and quality monitoring center. His research interests include educational evaluation, education policy and law, and learning science and technology. He has not only presided over one national general project on the subject of the National Social Science Foundation but also completed three provincial and ministerial issues, one provincial education reform priority project and one key project of the educational reform. Besides, he led and completed the project of "Qingdao Education Quality Monitoring"(in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018), which was entrusted by the Qingdao government. Moreover, he has published one academic monograph and more than 20 academic papers, many of them were reprinted by Xinhua Digest and Photocopied materials of the Renmin University of China.
