Rita is a dedicated early childhood educator with over a decade of experience working with infants and toddlers. Her passion for nurturing young minds has led her to teach at prestigious institutions, including the Lithuanian Embassy, Ke’er International Kindergarten, Yosemite Art Center, Ihommy International Daycare, and Athena Montessori Kindergarten in Beijing.
Since 2018, Rita has been an integral part of the Qingdao Amerasia International School Toddler Program, where she fosters a supportive and engaging learning environment. She also leads a weekly class for mothers and young children (ages birth to 24 months), helping families navigate early development with creativity and care.
Committed to professional growth, Rita has audited the BMTEI Early Childhood Course, further deepening her understanding of Montessori and child-centered education. Her expertise in early childhood development and art-based learning makes her a trusted guide for both children and parents.
