Baishan Education Group BMTEI (Baishan Montessori Teacher Education Institute) is the only teacher education program in Shandong Province that has been accredited by the United States Montessori Accreditation Council of Teacher Education (MACTE), and has also become a training institution affiliated with the American Montessori Society (AMS).

Baishan Education Group has Baishan School, QAIS Qingdao Amerasia International School, AWS Annie Write School, and BMTEI Baishan Montessori Teacher Education Institute. Among them, Baishan School is the first private school in the city of Qingdao and has more than  30 years of history. Qingdao Amerasia International School is the International education school, and QAIS kindergarten and elementary school are both first AMS-certified schools in Asia. Also QAIS is one of the few schools in the nation-wide that has Montessori mixed-age 6-9 classes.

In recent years, BMTEI has begun to provide consulting services for kindergartens across China, focusing on improving the kindergarten’s Montessori environment, teachers over-all professional level and problem solving techniques. BMTEI assists educational institutions in  customized solutions provision including training project initiation, operation control, progress tracking and evaluation.
